Eligibility Criteria for PGCIL Recruitment :

• Educational Qualification : 
• For Engineer : BE/ B.Tech./B.Sc. Engineering./AMIE in Electronics & Telecommunication discipline or equivalent from a recognized university/ institute with minimum 60% marks with 3 years post qualification experience.
• For Assistant Officer (Accounts) : CA / ICWA passed candidates with demonstrable skill in use of MS Office and Windows with one year post qualification experience.
• For Executive Trainee (Social Management) : Two years full time Masters degree in Social Work with First class from recognized Institute / University.
• For Assistant Officer Trainee (Company Secretary) : Candidates should be Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
• Nationality : Indian

Age Limit : As on 31.05.2016

• For Engineer : 33 years
• For Assistant Officer (Accounts) : 30 years
• For Assistant Officer Trainee (Company Secretary) : 28 years

Age relaxation :

• For OBC (Non Creamy layer) Candidates : 3 years
• For SC/ST Candidates : 05 years

Selection Process : Selection will be made on Written Test, Group Discussion & Personal Interview.

Application Fee : Candidates belonging to General/ OBC have to pay Rs. 460/- through the Challan generated at their Candidate Login at POWERGRID Website. SC/ST/ PWD/Ex-Servicemen are exempted from payment of fee.
