Eligibility Criteria :

• Educational Qualification : 
• For Lab Technician : D.M.L.T or B.M.L.T  Course with Registration in CG Paramedical Council.
• For Data Entry Operator : Graduate with atleast one year Diploma in computer Application
• Nationality : Indian
• Age Limit : 18 to 64 Year As on 01.01.2016

Application Fee :

• For Other Candidates : Candidates have to pay Rs.400/- for the pay scale of less than Rs.25000/- & Rs.650/- for the pay scale of Greater than or Equal to Rs.25000/-
• For SC/ST/PWD/Female Candidates : Candidates have to pay Rs.200/- for the pay scale of less than Rs.25000/- & Rs.300/- for the pay scale of Greater than or Equal to Rs.25000/-
