Eligibility Criteria for IGIMS Recruitment:
- Educational Qualification :
- For Professor : A Medical qualification included in the I or II or part-II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 and post-graduate qualification. M. Ch. For Surgical super-specialties and D.M. for Medical Super-specialties or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto with 12 years teaching experience in relevant.
- For Assistant Professor : A Medical qualification included in the I or II or part-II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 and post-graduate qualification. M. Ch. For Surgical super-specialties and D.M. for Medical Super-specialties or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto with 3 years teaching experience in relevant.
- Nationality : Indian
- Age Limit :50 years (as on 16.02.2016)
Application Fees : Candidates belonging to General, BC & EBC have to pay Rs. 500/- & Rs. 125/- for SC/ST through Demand Draft of in favour of Director, IGIMS, Patna payable at Patna.
