Eligible Criteria :
  • Educational Qualification : 
  • For Livestock Officers : A Bachelor Degree in Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry as listed in the First and Second Schedule of the Indian Veterinary Council Act, 1984. Registration in the Veterinary Council of India or Veterinary Council of States. Three years experience in the Cattle and Livestock Development or Animal Health or Poultry or Meat and Meat Products.
  • For Senior Veterinary Officers : A recognized Veterinary qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule of the Indian Veterinary Council Act, 1984. Should be registered with the State Veterinary Council or Indian Veterinary Council.
  • Nationality : Indian
Age Limit :
  • For Livestock Officers : 35 years
  • For Senior Veterinary Officers : 38 years
Selection Process : Selection will be based on interview or by Recruitment Test.
Application Fee : The candidates are required to pay a fee of Rs. 25/- either by depositing the money in any branch of SBI by cash, or by using net banking facility of the SBI or by using visa/master credit/debit card. SC/ST candidates who are exempted from payment of fee.
