- For Sub-Inspector : Candidate must be a graduate in Arts, Science, Commerce or equivalent stream from a recognized College / Institutions affiliated to a recognized University.
- For Assistant Jailors : Degree in Arts/ Science/ Commerce of recognized University and Diploma in computer Application.
- Nationality : Indian
Age Limit :
- For Sub-Inspector : 20 to 24 years As on 01.07.2015
- For Assistant Jailors : 21 to 38 years As on 01.01.2015
Age of Relaxation :
- SC, ST (H) and ST (P) Category : 5 years
Selection Process : Candidates will be selected based on written test & PST / PET.
